Idaho Falls may not be famous for its golfing weather, but we have four excellent golf courses that cater to enthusiasts from around May into October depending on the year and your cold tolerance. Let's take a closer look at each:

Sage Lakes (North Idaho Falls):

Average home prices range from $620,000 to $770,000.

Average square footage: 3,600 to 5,100.

Commute time to the center of town: Approximately 10 minutes.

School commute: 10 to 13 minutes.

HOA fees: Vary from $150 to $500 yearly, depending on the subdivision.

Pine Crest (Central Idaho Falls):

Limited active listings, as it's more centralized and lacks homes directly on the golf course.

Sand Creek (South Idaho Falls):

Average home prices range from $494,000 to $689,000.

Average square footage: 3,300 to 3,700.

Commute time to the center of town: Around 10 minutes.

School commute: 6 to 8 minutes.

HOA fees: Approximately $360 a year, with variations based on the neighborhood.

Idaho Falls Country Club (Outskirts):

Home prices vary from $420,000 to $850,000.

Square footage ranges from 2,100 to 5,800.

Longer commute times: About 15 minutes to the center of town.

School commute: 15 to 17 minutes.

Current listings show no HOA fees.
